At Bonton Associates, we’re firmly committed to education as a catalyst for change. So we were thrilled to partner with the Louisiana Stormwater Coalition (LSC) to present the inaugural Louisiana Stormwater Summit on Thursday, November 10th in Baton Rouge.
More than 150 representatives of public water systems and related entities from across the state packed The Water Institute to capacity, with another 40 joining via Zoom call. An exceptional group of presenters shared best practices for effective municipal stormwater management, laying out innovative approaches to control flooding, reduce litter and improve water quality in our streams and waterways.

Throughout the half-day session, there was fantastic participation and positive energy around these topics we believe are vitally important to our state’s future. We look forward to future Stormwater Summits and other opportunities to educate stakeholders and inspire new solutions to the water challenges we all share.
