Every Bonton Associates team member — no matter his or her age or experience — brings unique skills and abilities that drive our success. Our newest team member, Court Bradford, joins the firm with a wealth of working knowledge that’s immediately benefiting our staff, clients and partners.
As Senior Project Manager, Court builds on a successful track record of nearly 14 years in project management in the global petrochemical industry, particularly with large-scale infrastructure projects. “I love working with this enthusiastic and dynamic team,” he says. “Their collective knowledge and experience with today’s most advanced modeling and data technologies really helps us deliver fast and efficient analyses and designs that always keep the future in focus. Even with my experience, I’ll definitely continue to learn and grow as a professional.”
Court sees Bonton’s transportation and water work as critical to helping solve current community challenges while also modernizing the public infrastructure to support future needs. “Years of under-maintenance and underfunding have limited the useful life of these systems,” he explains. “That puts Louisiana at a competitive disadvantage for economic development — but I’m encouraged that state and local leaders are prioritizing old and new projects, such as the MoveBR initiative, that both address past transportation issues and meet tomorrow’s demands.”
On the water side, Court believes it will become even more necessary to preserve and conserve this precious natural resource. “A growing world with more consumption means that we must use more data and smarter technologies to deliver sustainable solutions. That’s exactly what we’re doing here at Bonton Associates.”
Court grew up on Bayou Plaquemine and, not surprisingly, developed a lifelong love of hunting and fishing. As a young child, he hated to swim — until eventually realizing that swimming during the summers is Bayou Life 101. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA degree, both from LSU, and was an asphalt and concrete equipment operator in the Louisiana National Guard, trained to build roads and airport runways.
We couldn’t be happier that his professional road led him to Bonton Associates.
